Please read these terms carefully before using the erek37 platform. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Last Updated: January 15, 2026. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Member") and erek37 (the "Platform", "Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the erek37 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the erek37 platform. Online gambling is an adult activity, and the Platform enforces a strict age verification policy. By registering an account, you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
The erek37 platform is operated internationally and is designed primarily for users residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and when placing wagers. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden. The Platform reserves the right to verify your location via IP address, device geolocation, or other technical means.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is illegal in your location, you must not register an account or place any wagers. The Platform will not be held liable for any violation of local laws resulting from your use of the service.
The following categories of persons are prohibited from using the Platform:
To access the Platform's services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian ID card or passport), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify erek37 customer support at [email protected].
To comply with international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and to protect both the Platform and its Users, erek37 requires all Members to complete a KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, residency, or payment method ownership.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform's integrity. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: use of multiple accounts, providing false information during registration, abuse of bonuses, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), chargebacks or payment disputes, or any conduct deemed abusive or detrimental to the Platform.
erek37 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata); E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja); and Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard where available). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) with no currency conversion fees applied by the Platform.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but are typically Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits are set at the Platform's discretion and may vary based on User account status and history. Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within 2–10 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000 or where fraud is suspected, which may extend processing times by up to 72 hours.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set at the Platform's discretion based on User account tier and verification status. Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per day; VIP members may request higher limits by contacting customer support.
erek37 operates in compliance with international anti-money-laundering standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. This means that if you deposit Rp 1.000.000, you must place wagers totaling at least Rp 1.000.000 before requesting a withdrawal. This policy is in place to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering or other illicit financial activity. The Platform reserves the right to flag suspicious transaction patterns and report them to relevant authorities.
From time to time, erek37 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, or other incentives ("Bonuses"). Acceptance of any Bonus is voluntary and constitutes your agreement to the specific terms and conditions attached to that promotion. If you do not wish to receive a Bonus, you may opt out by contacting customer support before the Bonus is credited to your Account.
All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., "10x wagering" means you must wager the Bonus amount ten times). For example, if you receive a Rp 500.000 Bonus with 10x wagering, you must place wagers totaling Rp 5.000.000 before the Bonus and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.

The Platform reserves the right to exclude certain games from Bonus eligibility or adjust contribution rates at any time.
The following activities constitute Bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the Bonus, any associated winnings, and potential Account suspension:
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the Bonus being credited to your Account. If wagering requirements are not met within this period, the Bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited automatically.
All wagers placed on the erek37 platform are subject to the rules of the specific product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, sabung ayam). By placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. If a rule conflict arises, the specific product rules take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.
All sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, FIM for MotoGP). Settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or abandoned, the Platform reserves the right to void all wagers or suspend settlement pending official confirmation. Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real time; once a bet is placed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed.
All live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, game shows) are streamed in real time from internationally certified studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical card draws, wheel spins, or dice rolls conducted by live dealers. All games are audited by third-party testing labs for fairness. Slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG); published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of spins and do not guarantee specific session results.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are based on official draw outcomes published by the relevant lottery operator. erek37 does not conduct draws itself; we offer betting markets on publicly available draw results. All togel bets are final once the draw has been published. If a draw is cancelled or declared void by the official operator, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
Sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) wagers are settled based on the official match result as declared by the arena referee. Betting options include Meron (red corner), Wala (blue corner), Draw, and various handicap markets. If a match is declared "No Contest" or abandoned before an official result, all wagers will be voided.
The Platform reserves the right to void any wager in the following circumstances: incorrect odds displayed due to technical error ("palpable error"); event cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; suspected fraudulent activity or collusion; violation of these Terms & Conditions; or any circumstance where settling the bet would be manifestly unfair. In the event of a voided bet, your stake will be refunded to your Account Balance, but no winnings will be paid.
While erek37 strives to maintain 99.8% uptime, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events beyond our control. The Platform will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, provided that reasonable efforts have been made to restore service promptly.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, bet settlement, or account balances, the Platform's decision on the matter will be final. If a malfunction results in incorrect odds being displayed or bets being accepted that should have been rejected, the Platform reserves the right to void those bets and refund stakes. Users will be notified of any material malfunction affecting their Account within 48 hours of discovery.
The erek37 platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and odds feed suppliers. The Platform does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any third-party content or services. Any dispute arising from third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, erek37's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim. The Platform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. There is no guaranteed return on any wager placed on the Platform. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. The Platform strongly encourages responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help you manage your gambling activity (see Section 8 and our Responsible Gaming page).
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Before your Account is closed, you must withdraw any remaining Balance. Once your Account is closed, you will no longer be able to access the Platform or place wagers. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
If you believe that gambling is becoming a problem for you or a loved one, erek37 offers a self-exclusion program. You may request to be excluded from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked, and you will not be able to deposit funds, place wagers, or access the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if you are found to have violated these Terms & Conditions. Grounds for involuntary termination include but are not limited to: use of multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, underage gambling, providing false information during registration or KYC, abuse of bonuses, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software, chargebacks or payment disputes, abusive behaviour toward staff or other players, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the Platform's integrity. Upon termination, any remaining Account Balance may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which erek37 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting customer support at [email protected]. The Platform will make reasonable efforts to investigate and respond to your complaint within 7 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department by sending a formal written complaint to the contact address provided in Section 10.
If you remain dissatisfied with the Platform's response to your complaint, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service or the regulatory authority that issued the Platform's gaming licence. Details of the relevant ADR service and regulatory contact information are available upon request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute with erek37 will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and erek37 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
